I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return your piece, I will refund your payment as soon as I receive the item in it's unused original packaging within 10 days of purchase. We can also exchange another piece of jewelry for you.

There are no returns on custom orders (orders that take 7 days or longer to make) and there are no returns on sale items.
